A licensed Arizona Realtor and senior transition specialist — dedicated to making one of life’s hardest moments a little easier.
Most people handle a senior transition once in their lifetime. We’ve done it over 87 times. We know every obstacle that can surface — and exactly how to handle it before it becomes a problem for your family.
As a licensed Arizona Realtor with a network of vetted, senior-specialized vendors, we don’t just coordinate — we advocate for your family’s best interests at every step.
I didn’t plan to become a senior transition specialist. Like most people, I found my way to this work through a moment of family crisis — and an industry that wasn’t equipped to help.
When my own family went through the process of moving a parent into assisted living, I watched firsthand how quickly a difficult situation became an overwhelming one. We were juggling estate sale companies, movers, cleaners, and real estate agents — each with their own timeline, their own priorities, and their own invoices. Nobody was looking at the whole picture. Nobody was advocating for us.
I came away from that experience knowing two things: that families going through this transition deserve far better support than what was available — and that I was in a position to provide it. I’m a licensed Arizona Realtor with deep roots in the Phoenix market and relationships with the best senior-specialized vendors in the state. What I could offer wasn’t just coordination — it was advocacy, accountability, and a single point of contact who wouldn’t let anything fall through the cracks.
That’s the foundation of My Parents’ Next Place. Every family I work with gets the same thing I wished my family had: one trusted professional handling everything, start to finish, so they can focus on what actually matters — being present with their loved one during a major life change.
I work specifically in the assisted living and senior transition space because these families are navigating grief, logistics, family dynamics, and financial decisions all at once. The stakes are real. The emotions are real. This isn’t just real estate — it’s a calling. And I take it seriously.
“I wanted to build the service I wished existed when my own family needed it most.”
